Iffattara Khanam is an accomplished and a very well-known popular singer from Bangladesh. She was educated at Rajshahi University and trained as a Rabindrasangeet performer for five years at the prestigious musical institute, Chhayanot, in Dhaka. Although her training is in Rabindrasangeet, like all accomplished singers, she can switch between various musical genres such as Nazrul Geeti, folk music, modern and older Adhunik songs.
